Charles D. Haynes P.E (d/b/a Haynes Mineral Services LLC) provides consulting services in mining, petroleum, and unconventional energy to landowners, mineral estates, financial institutions, minerals producing entities, CPA firms, and the legal profession. Its principal, Charles D. "Charlie" Haynes, has been involved in the mineral and energy professions since 1957 when he began his career as a mining intern for U.S. Steel Corporation. He has since been continually involved in surface and underground mining, oil and gas drilling and production, and mineral-related activities. He has been licensed as a professional engineer in Alabama since 1967 and served as a member of the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
